- How do I upload images?
- There are a few ways you can upload images to your account. You can always upload images online at momentile.com/upload.
A better alternative to this is sending images directly from your mobile phone via email. A unique upload address was created for you when you
registered your account.
Posting images to your momentile from your mobile is simple, here's how you do it:
- Take a new picture from your mobile phone, or select an existing image on your handset
- Send the image to your unique upload address *ex: something01somethingelse@momentile.com
- Pat yourself on the back and get on with your day, you have just uploaded your momentile for the day!
Note: Saving your upload email address in your contacts list as "Momentile" will make things a breeze ; )
Another Note: Make sure you send the picture as an *email* from your phone. Sending it as a picture message may not work!
BlackBerry Users Note: Send your photos via MMS! At this time Momentile cannot process BlackBerry attachments. We are working on getting that fixed :D
* Momentile does not charge for this service, but your wireless service provider may charge your mobile phone bill for related data &/or messaging charges.
- How often can I upload images?

You can upload images as many times as you want, but there can only be one (1) final image per day. Every time you upload an image, it replaces the previous image for
that day if one exists. You have a 24 hour window starting at midnight and ending at 11:59pm the following evening to post your momentile for the day.

- What are the image sizes?
- To ensure you make the most from your account, set your camera settings on your mobile phone to an image size of at least 640x480. Larger images are fine, as they can be
scaled down, but images can never be enlarged.
If you're a pixel aficionado and like everything to be perfect, here are our full size image specs:
- Momentile Image - 500px wide X 375px tall
- User Avatar - 128px wide X 128px tall
- JPEG's, JPG's, GIF's and PNG's are all acceptable file formats

- What are your content guidelines?
- We want everyone to enjoy this service and we feel the best way to ensure no one is posting "offensive" content, is to place the power in the hands off the users.
If you come across an image you find obscene, offensive or in any way inappropriate, press the "ABUSE" link above the image. Images that have a reasonable amount
of complaints will be deleted. Users that continually post abusive content will be nixed from the site.
Here are a few NO-NO's:
- Absolutely no pornography! Nobody is interested in 365 days of your ding-dong!
- Absolutely no racist, prejudice or otherwise "hateful" images!
- Absolutely no violent, graphic or otherwise "disturbing" images!
- Basically don't post anything you wouldn't want your own mother to see. Other than that have fun and be creative ; )

- What's the deal with stalking people?
- Stalking people is basically, well... stalking them! When you stalk a user, you can receive notifications when they post images to their momentile.
You can stalk anyone and anyone can stalk you. You can choose to stop stalking users at any time, but you can't stop them from stalking you.

- What's my stash?
- Your stash is your personal horde of momentiles. You can stash anyone's momentiles, including your own.
It's kind of like a favorites list, but with a cooler name. One thing to note is that your stashed momentiles only 'point' to the original ones, so if the owner of the momentile you've stashed deletes the momentile, it will automatically be removed from your stash.
